To support the continued growth of our business, we are offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team based in Kilsyth. The role requires a depth of knowledge and leadership capabilities in driving preventative/predictive and proactive maintenance system and culture. In this key role you are to lead the maintenance department, drive engineering improvements, develop the RCM program and roll out the CMMS.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and with three direct reports of your own, you will ensure the continued success of the OEE by focusing on downtime reasons through skilled use of problem solving techniques and verbal communication skills in addition to your command of MS Excel and CMMS.
You will have significant input into the direction of site’s capital spend, the continuous improvement journey and the culture while always on the lookout for opportunities to improve processes.
Your ability to display an enthusiasm for continuous learning, and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills will see you succeed in this role. With a willingness to learn you will thrive in this dynamic environment, in return you will be rewarded with excellent working conditions and a great team environment.
To be successful you will either demonstrate experience in a similar role in an affiliated or similar industry, or be tertiary educated in a manufacturing or engineering field with proven leadership skills.
You will be meticulous and detail minded in your approach to work and you will have experience communicating with people and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to influence others and build solid, long-term relationships.
In addition you will also have:
- Strong leadership skills to help develop team performance and cohesiveness

- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and be self motivated
- Motivation to learn new skills and progress your career
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office – Excel)
- Good budgeting skills
- Experience with MEX or similar CMMS systems would be highly advantageous
