The Role

Based in Gracefield, Lower Hutt, this exciting and interesting role will suit a dedicated and hard working person to become part of our quality and training team. This is a role with lots of variety, incorporating a blend of training and delivering quality feedback on the customer service centre staff.

With a proven interest in delivering the best service possible to internal customers, you will help to maintain and improve the level of service our contact centre delivers. You will help others to improve their skills, while developing your own, to increase efficiency and improve quality.

As part of a professional, close knit and friendly team you will be responsible for a range of activities, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery of training to staff
  • Creating and maintaining training material
  • Delivery of our call quality programme
  • Data Entry quality control
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Knowledge database management

Please Note: The hours are relatively fixed between 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Essential Criteria

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask as well as a genuine interest in helping people succeed. You will also demonstrate:

  • Ideally a proven background in training and/ or quality assurance preferably within the customer service industry
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer literacy (Primarily MS Excel and MS Word)
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude and self motivation
  • An ability to deliver feedback in a positive influential method
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Experience with call quality programmes
  • Experience with SAP will also be held in high regard.

Along with your "can do "attitude, you will take ownership of your day to day tasks, be self managed and driven. Your ability to display an enthusiasm for continuous learning (self and others), and a strong desire to be a building block for a high performing contact centre will help you to succeed in this role.
