The Role

Working within the Supply Chain team, your role is a key lynchpin in delivering our manufactured products to market in full and on time.  This role will see you apply your planning experience to ensure the continued success of on-time manufacturing.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the role is to primarily take the unconstrained demand plan generated from the Sales & Operation process and turn that into an actionable manufacturing plan that meets the imperatives of the customer experience whilst managing the requirements of multiple internal stakeholders.

You will be a collaborative team player working closely with these stakeholders across production, warehousing, sales, marketing and the broader supply chain team. You will use your strong supply chain, SAP and MS Suite knowledge to have significant input into the current planning and scheduling process whilst working in an environment of continuous improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a history of supply chain planning within an FMCG or similar complex manufacturing environment.  You will enjoy working within a team and your background could be either of planning, scheduling or supply chain; however this role has a focus on the planning side.

You will also have the following:

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills along with ability to manage stakeholder expectations;
  • demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and work to strict deadlines;
  • self-motivated with high attention to detail;
  • strong leadership skills with a sense of urgency and decisiveness
  • highly analytical mind with high level of competency in MS Excel;
  • strong experience working with SAP.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field and APICS accredited would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
