The Role

We, at DuluxGroup, are shaking up our learning model and seeking a learning professional who is both practical and innovative to be part of our journey for the next 9-12 months.  We’re moving from delivering content to enabling capability.  That means giving our people exposure and access to the vast array of content available online; partnering with great learning providers to deliver our flagship programs and curating external face to face and online courses to increase access to learning for our people.   We also need to rapidly skill up our people in functional skills.

Every program that we run must have maximum impact. Reporting to the Group Head of Organisational Development, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our new learning model, while ensuring that all our current programs run efficiently.

Skills & Experience

As the successful candidate, you will be across current learning trends, enjoy finding the best vendors to deliver our requirements, have an ability to think laterally about resource models, be confident curating and promoting a learning offering across an organisation and have the ability to manage the ‘nuts and bolts’ of an established learning curriculum.

In addition, your history will demonstrate;

  • 5 + years of Learning or OD experience;
  • Ability to come up with, drive, own and manage a learning strategy;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to be outward / inward looking to identify appropriate learning needs for the business;
  • Accreditation in feedback tools and experience in running coaching and feedback sessions will be highly desirable.
