Selleys, part of the DuluxGroup, is a leading marketer of "Do It Yourself" products within Australasia. We manufacture, import and export a broad range of adhesives, sealants, paint preparation, car care and household products under the Selleys, Poly, Spirit and Rota Cota brands, among others.

We are currently seeking a number of enthusiastic and motivated Production Operators to join our busy Padstow plant.  The successful candidates will display proven experience working within a modern, process orientated manufacturing facility, where safety, quality and continuous improvement are second to none.

Reporting daily to the Team Leader your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Operating high-speed machinery
• Undertaking and completing quality checks
• Cleanliness of work station - adhering to OHS & quality
• Prevention of machine break downs
• Changes of product and packaging correctly

The successful candidates will have the following attributes to bring to the role:

• A high degree of mechanical aptitude
• Solid experience in operating high-speed machinery
• Strong problem solving & troubleshooting abilities
• Previous experience in manufacturing as a line setter, process operator or mixing operator
• Ability to meet and exceed targets whilst maintaining a high level of quality and speed

In addition to the above, people with experience in chemical handling and a forklift license will be highly regarded.
